Job summary

RHO Residential is seeking a Director of Operations in Bayonne, NJ to oversee leasing, maintenance, and service activities across a residential property. You will ensure superior customer service and act as the authority for unaddressed issues per the operating manual.

The role requires 3–5 years of property management leadership, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and strong math, communication, and vendor-management skills. On-site role with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree suggested but not required.
• 3-5 years of management experience in property management.
• Ability to read and write English fluently and perform advanced business math.

Responsibilities

• Achieve NOI through cost control and revenue improvement programs.
• Provide a full staff through recruitment, training, and development.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.
• Direct sales/marketing efforts to maximize rental income and occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and supervise maintenance.
• Train and supervise employees in daily computer functions and reporting requirements.
• Maintain exceptional customer service orientation with residents and stakeholders.
