Job summary

Northwest Apartments in Kirkland, WA is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations and the resident experience at our luxury Class-A community. You will oversee leasing, marketing, maintenance coordination, and compliance while driving occupancy and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at managing people. You will mentor onsite staff, execute marketing plans, and ensure exceptional service for high-end residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• Experience with high-end clientele.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through Marketing efforts and analyze competition.
• Show and lease apartments and manage move-in process.
• Maintain 100% occupancy and occupancy optimization.
• Oversee resident relations, events, and retention.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor interface.
• Interface with maintenance department technicians and vendors.
• Post legal notices and monitor tenant delinquencies.
• Hire, train, manage, and coach onsite staff.
