Job summary

Cuvée is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Telluride/Vail destination team and elevate the guest experience through tailored itineraries and high-touch service. You will manage a network of properties, interact with homeowners, and drive guest satisfaction while exceeding sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fields related to hospitality preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in sales, marketing and/or guest management.
• Association with luxury brands or high-end travel and hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the destination team (Destination Managers, Property Managers, Housekeepers).
• Achieve quarterly Experience, Revenue, and Booking quotas for Telluride.
• Manage the guest lifecycle to hit 50% guest rebooking and referral targets.
• Develop relationships with local influencers and partners to generate referrals and revenue.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote destination events and experiences.
• Create new, unique, Cuvée-curated experiences (culinary, wellness, adventure).
• Maintain destination knowledge to be a destination expert.
• Understand each guest’s travel needs and plan personalized itineraries.
• Achieve quarterly portfolio expansion targets with exceptional properties and owners.
• Expand brand knowledge by networking, events, gatherings with homeowners.
