Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience in market-rate properties.
• Experience with luxury Class A or high-end multifamily communities preferred.
• Polished, professional presence with hospitality mindset.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elevate resident experience and build lasting relationships with residents.
• Drive occupancy, retention, leasing performance, and financial results.
• Oversee all property operations with exceptional attention to detail.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop office and maintenance staff.
• Maintain property presentation, curb appeal, amenities, and overall condition.
• Oversee lease administration and revenue management.
