Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience in market-rate or luxury communities.
• Experience with luxury, Class A, or high-end multifamily properties is strongly preferred.
• Polished, professional presence with hospitality and resident-service mindset.
• Strong leadership, people-management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with property management systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a luxury residential community.
• Drive occupancy, retention, leasing performance, and financial results.
• Oversee all property operations with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Coach, train, and develop office and maintenance teams.
• Maintain property presentation and curb appeal to high JCMLiving standards.
• Manage leasing activity, renewals, collections, and lease administration.
• Foster proactive resident relations and a safe, secure community.
