HILLS is seeking a full-time Property Manager for Island Club, a luxury community in Maineville, Ohio. You will lead the on-site team, champion the resident experience, and steward a community residents are proud to call home.

You will drive occupancy, renewals, and financial performance, collaborating with the regional team to manage budgets, marketing, and leasing activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years property management with supervisory experience.
• Ability to build relationships with local businesses and community.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle emergency and high-pressure situations.
• New construction experience preferred.
• CAM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team and tenant relations to drive resident satisfaction.
• Maintain occupancy and rent levels per owners' guidelines.
• Execute marketing/outreach to meet occupancy goals; ensure marketing is current.
• Assist Regional Manager with annual budget and operate within budget.
• Schedule contractors for turnovers; inspect work before payment approval.
• Enforce rental collection policies; attend court for delinquencies/evictions.
• Model Hills values and foster a positive work environment.
• Provide strategic insights to drive occupancy and financial performance.
