Job summary

The Lake Club in Bradenton, FL seeks a dependable, skilled Property Maintenance Specialist for a full-time, hands-on role within a private residential community. You will perform general maintenance and repairs across electrical, carpentry, painting, irrigation, and landscaping tasks while upholding high standards of safety and resident service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of property maintenance experience in luxury environments and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to lift 50 lbs

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience.
• Experience in luxury or high-end environments preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community.
• Electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs (lighting, outlets, fixtures).
• Carpentry work including minor repairs, adjustments and installations.
• Painting and surface prep (interior and exterior touch-ups).
• Irrigation maintenance and basic repairs (sprinkler heads, valves).
• Pressure washing of sidewalks, buildings, amenities and common areas.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and safety checks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and provide weekend coverage as scheduled.
