Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across properties in the Burlington area. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, schedule work, and ensure resident safety and satisfaction through proactive practices.

The role requires 4+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to participate in on-call shifts. Vivmark offers competitive benefits and housing discounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of custodial/maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive between properties.
• Willingness to learn HVAC certifications (CFC) if not already held.
• Able to work on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow policies and SDS guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the maintenance team; provide daily guidance and direction.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to optimize resources.
• Perform advanced maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost control; respond to on-call emergencies.
