Job summary

The Garrett Companies seeks a Service Manager to lead maintenance operations at a luxury community in Broomfield, CO. You will supervise a maintenance team, manage service requests, and uphold top-notch resident experiences with proactive upkeep.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventative maintenance, coordinating with the Community Manager, mentoring staff, and ensuring safety and curb appeal across the property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Service Supervisor.
• HVAC and EPA certification strongly preferred.
• Must provide own tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with Property Management software, Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure apartment homes that have been delivered by construction are move‑in ready and inspect amenities for proper condition.
• Resolve resident concerns and objections as they arise.
• In conjunction with Community Manager, complete move‑in/move‑out inspections with residents.
• Prioritize, assign, and track daily maintenance activities including service requests and housekeeping.
• Mentor maintenance team members and coach for performance.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, residents, and team members professionally.
• Communicate community performance with Community Manager and teams.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
