You will drive tours, handle inquiries, prepare leases, and support daily operations while building lasting resident relationships. A strong customer-service mindset and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous residential property management experience is required.
• Strong leasing, sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with property management software and lead-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents with a warm, professional approach and conduct property tours.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects to close rentals.
• Prepare leases and related documentation; maintain accurate records and manage leads.
• Support marketing initiatives to increase traffic and occupancy.
• Build positive relationships with residents and address questions and concerns promptly.
• Assist with rent collection and coordinate with maintenance for service requests.
• Support daily property operations and administrative tasks for the property manager.
