Qualifications

• Previous property management experience is required.
• Leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a positive, solutions‑focused attitude.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to manage leads, records, and administrative tasks accurately.
• A professional, resident‑focused approach and a genuine interest in building relationships.
• The ability to work collaboratively while managing responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Create great first impressions: Welcome prospective residents, answer inquiries, and showcase our community through engaging apartment tours.
• Drive leasing success: Follow up with prospects, build relationships, overcome objections, and guide applicants through the leasing process to close rentals.
• Deliver exceptional resident service: Build positive relationships with residents, respond to questions and concerns, and help create a welcoming community.
• Support daily operations: Assist with lease preparation, administrative tasks, computer systems, lead management, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist with rent collection: Support rent collection efforts and help maintain accurate resident accounts.
• Coordinate service requests: Communicate resident maintenance needs and help ensure requests are addressed efficiently.
• Bring the community together: Plan and coordinate resident events and activities that encourage engagement.
• Work as a team: Partner with the property management team to maintain an organized, attractive apartment community.
