Job summary

Davis Development is seeking an Assistant Manager to lease and oversee operations for our luxury communities, driving occupancy and delivering exceptional resident service. You will manage leasing files, applications, rents, delinquencies, and compliance while upholding the Davis brand.

Requirements include 1+ year of Assistant Property Manager experience, strong sales and customer service skills, and leadership ability. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Yardi experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Assistant Property Manager experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Strong sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Effective leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease and manage operations for luxury communities to reach occupancy goals.
• Assist with leasing and renewal contracts and ensure compliance.
• Greet and tour prospects, explain qualifications, and prepare leasing files.
• Manage applications, rents, delinquencies, and non-payment processes.
• Verify Yardi records and reporting accuracy.
• Resolve resident issues while upholding the Davis brand.
• Ensure community appearance and resident experience through walk-throughs and prompt work-orders.
