Job summary

Davis Development is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee leasing and operations for our luxury communities. You will drive occupancy through superb service, effective marketing, and resident events, while supporting leasing and renewal contracts with accurate documentation.

You will verify Yardi records, manage applications and delinquencies, address resident issues, and ensure an outstanding resident experience with timely work orders and property appearances.

Qualifications

• One or more years as Assistant Property Manager or similar role.
• Experience leasing luxury communities is a plus.
• Strong sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Must demonstrate leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease and renew leases, ensure accurate and compliant documents.
• Greet and tour prospects, explain qualifications, prepare leasing files.
• Manage applications, rents and delinquencies, and related legal requirements.
• Verify Yardi records and reporting accuracy.
• Address resident issues while upholding the Davis brand.
• Ensure community appearance and resident experience through walkthroughs and timely work orders.
