Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as an Assistant Resident Manager.
• 3+ years of handyman experience.
• HVAC repairs and maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams to process and resolve maintenance requests.
• Prepare units for tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Complete move-in apartment walkthroughs and inspections.
