The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational capabilities, and proficiency in key tools such as CAD and Bluebeam. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in relevant fields.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawing sets.
• Knowledge of architectural styles and design phases.
