Confidential Family in Austin, TX seeks a meticulous, discreet Housekeeper for a full-time role in a luxury residence. You will uphold exceptional cleanliness, manage laundry, and support daily operations with the Executive Housekeeper while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in high-service environments, can travel to other properties, and work independently with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in luxury private residence or high-service setting.
• Willingness to travel to other properties.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent professional communication.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain luxury-level cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure rooms and spaces are guest-ready.
• Handle laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning coordination.
• Perform seasonal deep cleans and detail projects.
• Create and maintain detailed household checklists.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies.
• Track items and report damage or maintenance needs.
• Assist with errands and shopping as needed.
• Coordinate with Executive Housekeeper/Family Assistant.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
