The Napa Valley Reserve, located in St. Helena, CA, seeks a Hospitality & Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute private Member experiences, tastings, dinners, meetings, and special events on the estate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private events, or high-touch experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with members, guests, and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Foundational wine knowledge and professional wine service interest.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute private Member events, tastings, dinners, meetings, and programming.
• Manage logistics from inquiry through reconciliation, including budgets and guest lists.
• Serve as onsite lead for programs, ensuring seamless execution and polished hospitality.
• Coordinate with catering, vendors, and partners; maintain post-event documentation.
• Prepare event summaries, cost recaps, and billing support.
