Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year serving experience in a full-service hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and local food safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality and professional communication with Members, Guests, and Team Members at every interaction.
• Welcome Members and Guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and respond with urgency to offer personalized experiences.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials; tailor recommendations.
• Know the club’s cocktails, wines, beers, and pairings to enhance dining experiences.
• Enter transactions into the TEI POS, present accurate checks, and process payments promptly.
• Ensure orders are complete and prepared to preferences; maintain cleanliness and organization of outlets and stations.
• Perform opening/closing duties including cleaning, inventory, prep, and restocking.
• Conduct inventory counts and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain club standards and comply with health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Support operational excellence and teamwork across the department.
