Job summary

Quail West Golf & Country Club in Naples, FL seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead front‑of‑house dining, bars, events, and catering, delivering a consistently exceptional member and guest experience. You will supervise high‑performing teams, drive financial performance, and coordinate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless service across menus, events, and programming.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive food & beverage or hospitality experience with leadership responsibility.
• Private club, luxury hotel, or resort experience required.
• Proven success leading high‑quality F&B operations and strong member/guest satisfaction.
• Proven ability to develop leaders, build engaged teams, and balance service with financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead front‑of‑house dining, bars, events, and catering operations.
• Maintain hospitality standards, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Be highly visible, build member relationships, and respond to feedback.
• Develop and coach FOH and events leadership teams.
• Enhance member participation, revenues, and dining experiences.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and labor productivity.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, revenues, and KPIs.
• Coordinate menus and service with Executive Chef and events teams.
• Oversee wine and spirits program and trend-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Communications and other departments for promotions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and policies.
