Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance) by engaging guests and helping them select products that fit their needs. The role supports the Sales Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and executing in-store events with a focus on upholding store standards and compliance.

The position requires a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology/esthetician license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in determining needs and selecting prestige merchandise.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain store standards.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book and support in-store services and events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed about trends, products, and ingredients to better serve guests.
