Job summary

Riviera Dining Group in Miami Beach is seeking a skilled prep cook to support culinary execution in a high-volume luxury dining environment. You will prepare ingredients, assist with production, organize deliveries, and help maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness.

You will work closely with the culinary team, follow recipes and standards, stock stations, and assist with morning deliveries. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of prep cook or back-of-house experience and flexible availability

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prep cook or back-of-house kitchen experience.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of ingredients (meats, seafood, vegetables) according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Set up and maintain prep stations.
• Assist with organizing and receiving morning deliveries and rotate stock.
• Restock ingredients and supplies during shifts as needed.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
