Alila Ventana Big Sur, a Hyatt Hotels brand, is seeking a Pool Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at our scenic property. The role handles guest requests, takes menu selections, and presents food and beverage options, with the chance to accrue additional service charges on top of the base hourly rate.

Shift hours are 10am to 5pm, with weekend and holiday flexibility, and a strong emphasis on staying attentive, friendly, and helpful while maintaining safety and cleanliness around the

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have valid drivers license.
• Must be 21+ and be able to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest requests and present menu selections for poolside service.
• Buss food and beverage items from the pool area.
• Gain menu knowledge and make recommendations from our offerings.
