Neiman Marcus is seeking a Personal Stylist Assistant to support a stylist through client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks on-site and online. You will help prepare appointments, manage client data, and assist with digital selling to enhance the luxury shopping experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with technology and using digital tools.
Fashion retail experience.
Work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including ringing transactions at POS and processing merchandise.
Complete post appointment follow up, including order tracking, alterations, thank you notes.
Help organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and experiences for Top Clients.
Enter and maintain precise clientele information.
Help with Digital selling and Social media presence.
Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned to stock.
Ensure cleanliness of fitting rooms.
