Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience with technology and using digital tools.
• Experience in fashion retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including ringing transactions at POS and processing merchandise.
• Complete post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking and alterations.
• Help organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and experiences for top clients.
• Enter and maintain precise clientele information.
• Assist with digital selling and social media presence.
• Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock and keep fitting rooms clean.
