Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Personal Stylist Assistant to support the stylist with client communications, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks on-site and online. You will help manage appointments, prepare looks, track orders, and maintain client records to ensure a seamless shopping experience for top clients.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fashion retail or tech-enabled roles, excellent customer service, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience using digital tools in a retail or service setting.
Experience in fashion retail preferred with strong customer focus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including peak periods.

Responsibilities

Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including ringing transactions at POS.
Process merchandise for service and handle post-appointment follow-up like order tracking.
Help organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and experiences for Top Clients.
Enter and maintain precise clientele information and profiles.
Support digital selling and manage social media presence for client engagement.
Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned to stock and rooms stay organized.
