Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Personal Stylist Assistant to support our stylists with client communications, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks during selling appointments. You will work on-site and online, reporting to your assigned Personal Stylist, contributing to memorable customer experiences.

With 2+ years in fashion retail or tech-enabled roles, you will help with selling appointments, post-appointment follow-ups, order tracking, and client data maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with technology and has experience using digital tools.
• Fashion retail experience required.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including ringing transactions at POS and processing merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
• Complete post appointment follow up, including order tracking, alterations, thank you notes.
• Help organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and experiences for Top Clients.
• Enter and maintain precise clientele information.
• Help with Digital selling and Social media presence.
