Neiman Marcus is seeking a Personal Stylist Assistant to support stylists with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks on-site and through online channels. You will report to your assigned Personal Stylist and help create a memorable shopping experience for customers.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of technology experience with digital tools and fashion retail know-how, and are able to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with technology and has experience using digital tools.
• Fashion retail experience.
• Work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing selling appointments, ringing at POS, and processing merchandise.
• Complete post appointment follow up, including order tracking, alterations, thank you notes.
• Help organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and experiences for Top Clients.
• Enter and maintain precise clientele information.
• Help with Digital selling and Social media presence.
• Ensure all unsold merchandise is returned to stock.
• Ensure cleanliness of fitting rooms using housekeeping and maintenance services.
