Saks Global is seeking a Personal Stylist Assistant who will work on-site and online alongside our Personal Stylists, supporting client communication and outfit recommendations while delivering a memorable shopping experience.

In this role you will help prepare appointments, handle post-appointment follow up, maintain client records, assist with digital selling and social media, and ensure merchandise is returned to stock. A caring team environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with technology and digital tools.
• Fashion retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing selling appointments and processing transactions.
• Complete post-appointment follow up, including order tracking and alterations.
• Help organize appointment scheduling and gifting projects for Top Clients.
• Enter and maintain precise clientele information.
• Assist with digital selling and social media presence.
• Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock.
• Maintain cleanliness of fitting rooms.
