Saks Fifth Avenue Llc is seeking a Personal Stylist Assistant to support a stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and selling operations on-site and online. You will work directly with a stylist to create memorable shopping experiences for top clients while managing appointments and post-appointment follow-up.

The role requires at least 2 years of fashion retail experience, strong tech skills, and a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with technology and using digital tools.
• Fashion retail experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including ringing transactions at POS and processing merchandise.
• Complete post appointment follow up, including order tracking and thank you notes.
• Help organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and experiences for Top Clients.
• Enter and maintain precise clientele information.
• Support digital selling and social media presence.
• Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock and rooms kept clean.
