Mytheresa US Services Inc. is seeking an entry-level Personal Shopping Operations Coordinator to support the PS team, coordinate client materials, and optimize processes across merchandising, logistics, and communication.

This hybrid role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork, with opportunities to assist at style suites and events. The role involves creating lookbooks, handling requests, packing/unpacking at events, and contributing to improved reporting and internal

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to travel for Personal Shopping team style suites.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tracking tools.
• Interest in fashion, retail, or personal shopping operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain lookbooks for product launches.
• Support with edit/JustForYou requests from the PS team.
• Handle item requests and complete internal tasks.
• Create and manage reservations for pre-reservation launches.
• Support PS events and client activations on site.
• Process blocked orders for assigned team members.
• Train incoming interns on return package processes.
• Organize and develop training materials for new hires.
• Assist onboarding and Ops training initiatives.
• Streamline visual merchandising processes for styling suites.
• Establish and manage communication between Operations and Buying teams.
• Report on client-requested items and improve internal workflows.
