Mytheresa in New York City is seeking a meticulous Personal Shopping Coordinator to support our PS team. You will help create lookbooks, handle edit requests, and assist with client activations and on-site shopping events.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and comfort with travel to style suites. Proficiency in Excel or similar tracking tools is expected, along with a passion for luxury fashion and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain lookbooks for product launches.
• Handle edit / JustForYou requests from the PS team.
• Assist with reservations for pre‑reservation launches.
• Support PS events by attending style suites and organizing items on site.
• Process blocked orders for assigned team members.
• Prepare materials for client and brand events.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tracking sheets for returns.
