Job summary

Mytheresa, a leading luxury digital platform, is seeking an entry-level Personal Shopping Operations Coordinator to support the PS team. Hybrid workplace; you will organize lookbooks, assist with client activations, manage materials, and help optimize operations across merchandising, logistics and communication.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented with strong Excel skills, excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to travel for Personal Shopping team style suites.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tracking tools.
• Interest in fashion, retail, or personal shopping operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain lookbooks for product launches.
• Support with edit/JustForYou requests for the PS team; collaborate on launches.
• Handle item requests and tasks from internal channels.
• Create and manage reservations for pre-reservation launches.
• Support PS events and client activations on site.
• Process blocked orders for assigned team members.
• Prepare materials for client and brand events.
• Collect and organize client and team feedback.
• Manage return label documentation and in-office returns.
• Maintain and update tracking sheets for returns.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Train incoming interns on return package processes.
• Organize training materials for new hires.
• Support onboarding and Ops training initiatives.
• Streamline visual merchandising processes for styling suites.
