LuxExperience, acting on behalf of Mytheresa, seeks an entry-level Personal Shopping Operations Coordinator to support the PS team and optimize internal processes across merchandising, logistics, and communications.

You will help prepare materials for client events, manage lookbooks, and coordinate cross-team communications. This role requires strong organization, willingness to travel for style suites, and proficiency with Excel.

• Proficiency in Excel or similar tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain lookbooks for product launches.
• Support with PS requests and assist with launches.
• Handle item requests and reservations for pre-launch launches.
• Assist during shopping events and client activations on site.
