Qualifications

• Experience with auto refinish and paint application.
• Ability to read work orders and prepare components for painting.
• Strong teamwork and communication to coordinate with supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Read work orders to ensure painting and assembly readiness.
• Maintain high production drive and urgency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues as needed; follow directions from managers.
