Qualifications

• Certifications in paint procedures.
• I-CAR certifications required or preferred.
• Prior refinishing experience in collision repair.

Responsibilities

• Performs all refinish work according to specs.
• Match colors of paint following color charts.
• Communicate vehicle stage in paint process.
• Monitor painting operations to identify flaws and correct causes.
• Mix paints to match specs and apply topcoat per OEM standards.
