Element Outdoor Living in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Outdoor Living Sales Representative to design and sell luxury outdoor living spaces. You will guide clients from initial consultation through contract signing, collaborating with our design and production teams to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consultative sales experience within landscaping, outdoor living, construction, design/build, luxury home improvement, or related industries.
• Experience selling large residential projects with multiple decision-makers.
• Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
• Ability to confidently discuss budgets, pricing and investment value.
• Excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Experience with estimating software such as Aspire (or the ability to learn quickly).

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget.
• Conduct site visits and evaluate property conditions.
• Collaborate with our Landscape Design team to develop creative outdoor living solutions.
• Present designs and proposals with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Manage the sales process from consultation through contract signing.
• Build long-term client relationships through outstanding communication and service.
• Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
