The Ranch at Rock Creek is seeking an Activities Guide I to lead a variety of outdoor experiences in a Forbes Five-Star setting. You will instruct guests across disciplines such as hiking, mountain biking, shooting sports, fly fishing, and winter activities, while upholding high safety and service standards.

As the face of adventure, you will tailor experiences to guest notes, supervise youth programs, and collaborate with resort departments to maintain world-class service and memorable moments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid, current driver’s license required.
• Previous experience in luxury guiding, outdoor education, or high-end hospitality preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional instruction in specialized outdoor disciplines for guests of all skill levels.
• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to guests.
• Monitor guest sign-ups and schedules via the Concierge Assistant system.
• Personalize excursions based on guest notes and requests.
• Support Kids Program to ensure a fun, safe environment for younger guests.
• Ensure safety and proper return of equipment with a thorough safety briefings for every activity.
• Maintain SOPs for all activities and refresh first aid materials.
