Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to support on-time delivery for high-end furnishings. You will coordinate production, manage change orders, and ensure that client delivery expectations are met through proactive communication with showrooms and freight teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in customer service or sales support, familiarity with small domestic manufacturing, and a Bachelor’s degree. You will use MS Office daily in a fast-paced, luxury goods environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or sales support position.
• Familiarity with small, domestic manufacturing a plus.
• Experience in MTO luxury goods a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong client first focus and communication skills.
• Strong technical skills – Microsoft office required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production process with a client first approach.
• Change, hold, and cancellation order management.
• Date management and production questions/issues (e.g., COM/COL, inspection images).
• Backorder management for Instock product.
• Proactively communicate with Showrooms to meet client expectations.
• Manage orders with a client Requested Delivery Date (RDD) and coordinate with Production/Freight.
