Job summary

BHC is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front office operations, guest services, and financial reconciliation in a Forbes 5-Star environment. You will be the overnight ambassador, ensuring warm service and accurate end-of-day reporting while safeguarding financial records.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in luxury hotel front office or night audit, familiarity with hotel PMS, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to work independently overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in front office or night audit at a luxury hotel (Forbes 5-Star or AAA Five Diamond preferred).
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems and basic accounting procedures.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet late-arriving guests and check-in/out per Forbes 5-Star standards.
• Audit, balance, and consolidate revenue transactions across departments.
• Reconcile cash drawer, credit card transactions, and folios; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily revenue reports, trial balances, and accounting summaries.
• Post charges and payments to guest accounts; ensure folios are accurate.
• Monitor safety, handle emergencies, and coordinate with security as needed.
• Complete property walks and log incidents and guest feedback.
