Qualifications

• Previous Night Audit experience at upscale or luxury hotel required.
• Experience auditing a complex hotel operation with multiple revenue streams.
• Guest-facing Front Desk or Guest Services experience required.
• Knowledge of hotel accounting procedures and daily revenue reconciliation.
• Experience with end-of-day or overnight audit procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours (check-ins/outs).
• Complete nightly audit procedures and ensure accuracy of financial reports.
• Balance daily revenue, payments, and settlement reports.
• Prepare and distribute nightly operational and financial reports.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and emergencies.
• Monitor occupancy and special guest needs; communicate to leadership.
• Maintain security awareness and follow emergency protocols.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and desk tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of Front Desk and lobby areas.
• Support service culture by resolving issues proactively.
