Michael Page seeks a seasoned Project Leader to drive a luxury mixed-use condominium development in Florida from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder communications to deliver on-time, within-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree and has proven leadership of luxury multifamily or commercial projects, with strong decision-making and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven track record managing luxury multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead and drive accountability with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from preconstruction through final turnover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and field teams.
• Monitor financial performance and project milestones.
• Maintain client communication and project documentation.
