Job summary

WH Property Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant who enjoys helping people find the right place to call home. You will listen to prospective residents, match them with the right community, and guide them through signing their lease.

In this role, you will represent properties across our portfolio, touring prospects and supporting them from first inquiry through move-in and renewal. We offer both part-time and full-time schedules with a pay range of $20–$23 per hour, plus lease

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability to work Saturdays and flexible weekdays.
• Experience in multifamily, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong sales and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects by phone, email, and in-person and show communities.
• Tour properties and guide prospects through leasing and signing.
• Follow up with leads to keep prospects informed.
• Process rental applications and screening; prepare lease documents in Entrata.
• Reach out to residents before lease expiration and handle renewals.
• Maintain records and complete administrative tasks on time.
• Participate in resident events and grow leasing knowledge.
