Mark-Taylor is seeking a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) for The Hillburn in Phoenix, AZ. You will drive revenue, oversee maintenance, and lead a team to deliver five-star service across a luxury property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of being a property manager in luxury multifamily setting.
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Experience using ResMan, Yardi, or similar platforms is desirable.
• Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligent financial reporting.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement property enhancements.
