Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling in a fast-paced luxury retailer. You will report to the RPSO Manager and perform daily operational tasks that drive store sales, profitability, and an elevated customer experience.

You will handle transfers, fulfillment, reticketing, and inventory control while assisting with event setup and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders.
• Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed.
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product.
• Reticketing, damages, stockouts and related inventory control processes.
• Back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
