Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling to bolster store sales and customer experience. You will report to the RPSO Manager and work in a Neiman Marcus store location.

Responsibilities include merchandise transfers, inbound/outbound freight, fulfillment, and reticketing while maintaining stockroom organization and safety procedures. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks and a "win together" mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily store operations and assist leads and managers.
• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store orders.
• Complete merchandise placements to ensure standards.
• Reticketing and pricing changes; signage updates.
• Back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Assist with in-store events and activations.
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas.
