Job summary

Neiman Marcus, part of Exemplar Luxury Group, is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling in-store. You will report to the RPSO Manager and contribute to store sales, profitability, and customer experience.

Your role involves merchandise placement, price changes, inventory control, and assisting with events, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

1+ year of retail experience.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers.
Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound / outbound freight.
Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders.
Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure standards are followed.
Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked.
Reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes.
Back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
Support set-up and takedown of in-store events and activations.
Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.
