Gallaher Signature Living - Cardinal Point is seeking a full-time Medication Technician in California to support residents with self-administration of medications under Title 22 guidelines, MARs, and physician orders. This role emphasizes safety, dignity, and discreet, hospitality-driven service in a luxury active adult community.

You will collaborate with the Wellness team, maintain accurate documentation, and respond to emergencies following established protocols.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Title 22-required medication training prior to assisting with medications.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to pass background check, health screening, and TB clearance as required by regulation.
• Previous experience as a Medication Technician, CNA, or caregiver in assisted living or residential care preferred.
• Experience in a high-end or hospitality-focused senior living environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety and service quality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications as permitted under California Title 22.
• Follow physician orders, MARs, and community policies precisely.
• Observe, document, and report medication refusals, errors, or changes in resident condition promptly.
• Maintain secure storage, labeling, and documentation of all medications.
• Ensure medications are administered at correct time, dosage, and route.
• Provide respectful assistance with ADLs as assigned.
• Support resident independence while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Deliver care with discretion, professionalism, and a hospitality-driven mindset.
