Gallaher Signature Living seeks a part-time Med-Tech to assist residents with self-administration of medications according to California Title 22 and physician orders. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and service excellence in a luxury active adult community.

The position requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma, Title 22 training, CPR/First Aid, and strong English communication. Weekday hours, competitive pay, and benefits for eligible staff are offered.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Title 22-required medication training before assisting with meds.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to pass background check, health screening, and TB clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications per Title 22 and MARs.
• Maintain secure storage, labeling, and documentation of medications.
• Ensure medications are given at correct times, dosages, and routes.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition and medication refusals.
• Provide respectful ADL assistance while prioritizing safety and independence.
