The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) will support initiatives set by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership.

The LMS will handle the assembly, project management, and production of marketing assets to promote program growth. Responsibilities include creating communication assets, presentations, marketing plans, and other components.

This role supports key marketing objectives, ensuring the company's and agents' brand images are well represented within the brand, brokerage, and luxury program frameworks. The LMS may support multiple offices, focusing on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Market Location: AZ, UT, CO
• Drive Program Engagement: Promote the luxury program benefits, adoption of certification, and share success stories.
• Support to Sales Associates: Collaborate with top agents to support their marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and report on activities. Document interactions and provide semi-monthly reports.
• Support to Leadership: Act as a liaison, assist in VIP and business development opportunities, and support agent retention efforts.
• Leverage Marketing Resources: Work with national studio and design teams to produce creative materials and manage projects, establishing cohesion across regions.
• Awareness & Events: Coordinate promotional assets, communicate program updates, and participate in company initiatives and launches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work from home in a conducive environment.
• Strong presentation, writing, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication with employees and agents.
• Understanding of design principles and basic graphic software (InDesign, Adobe CC).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications; real estate experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online tools.
