Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Enrolled in or recent graduate of Hospitality Management with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred, especially Forbes/AAA-rated environments.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact confidently with guests, members and associates.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S. for the internship duration.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through PBX, Front Desk, Doorman, and Butler Services to learn lodging operations.
• Support guest communications with correct information and follow-through.
• Ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences with warm greetings and efficient processes.
• Coordinate personalized guest requests during Butler Services rotation.
• Learn how different departments work together to fulfill guest requests.
• Gain exposure to lodging, guest-service and reservation systems used in daily operations.
• Develop knowledge of accommodations, dining, amenities, and activities to guide guests.
• Complete an experiential project applying rotation knowledge to learning objectives.
